COOKIE AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES NOTICE

This Cookie Policy explains how Advance AI Lotto Prediction ("Advance Prediction," "we," "us," or "our") uses browser storage, analytics, and similar technologies on our website and embedded web pages.

The current website primarily uses local storage to remember language and theme preferences and Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate website usage. It does not currently provide user accounts through website authentication cookies or use third-party advertising cookies. We will update this Policy if those practices change.

The Android app uses device storage and software-development-kit identifiers rather than ordinary browser cookies for many app functions. Those mobile technologies are summarized here and described more fully in our Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to the Advance Prediction website, legal pages, contact page, support pages, and versions of those pages displayed inside the app through an embedded WebView. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

This Policy does not control technologies used independently by Google Play, Firebase, RevenueCat, a lottery or horoscope source, an external offer page, or another website that you open from our Services. Review the privacy and cookie notices of those parties before using their services.

2. Cookies and Similar Technologies

A cookie is a small text file that a website asks a browser to store. Cookies may be temporary for a browsing session or persistent until an expiry date or deletion. First-party cookies are set for the website you visit; third-party cookies are associated with another provider.

Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, software-development kits, installation identifiers, server logs, and analytics events. These technologies can remember preferences, deliver requested functions, measure use, detect errors, and protect services even when no traditional cookie is used.

3. Technologies We Currently Use

As of the Last updated date, our website uses the following principal technologies:

  • Browser local storage for your selected language and light or dark theme so those choices remain available on later visits.
  • URL parameters, including language, theme, and embed=true, to render an appropriate page when opened from the app. A URL parameter is not itself a cookie.
  • Vercel Analytics for privacy-focused, aggregate measurement of page views and general website usage.
  • Hosting, network, and server logs used for delivery, error diagnosis, abuse prevention, and security.
  • EmailJS and a connected email provider when you voluntarily submit the contact form.

We do not currently use website social-login cookies, website account-session cookies, Google Analytics cookies, or third-party personalized-advertising cookies. This statement describes the current configuration and may change if we introduce a feature with the notice or consent required by applicable law.

4. Purpose Categories

Essential and operational

Hosting and network technologies help deliver pages, route requests, apply security protections, diagnose errors, and keep embedded legal or support pages available. A hosting or security provider may process request identifiers, IP address, user agent, or temporary operational data even where the site does not set a named application cookie.

Preferences

Local storage remembers your language and theme. These preferences are functional rather than advertising-related and can be removed through browser controls.

Analytics

Vercel Analytics helps us understand which pages are used and whether the website works as intended. We use this information to improve content, performance, navigation, and reliability.

User-requested communication

When you submit the contact form, EmailJS and the connected email service process form fields and technical request information to deliver your message. This processing occurs because you choose to send the form, not for cross-site advertising.

5. Vercel Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to receive aggregate website measurements such as page views, visited URL, referring page, browser and device category, and general geographic or network-derived information. Vercel describes its Web Analytics product as privacy-focused and designed without third-party cookies by default.

Analytics data is used to understand site performance and navigation rather than to identify you by name. Vercel may process technical request information under its own privacy and data-processing terms. You can review the Vercel Web Analytics privacy information.

6. Language and Theme Storage

The website stores your selected language and visual theme in browser local storage. This avoids asking for the same choices on every visit and keeps normal and embedded pages visually consistent where possible.

Local storage remains until it is removed by website logic, you clear site data, the browser or operating system removes it, or you use a private session that discards it. If you block or clear storage, the website can still be visited, but preferences may return to their defaults and need to be selected again.

7. Contact Form and EmailJS

The contact page uses EmailJS to send the name, email address, request type, and message you enter to our connected email account. EmailJS and the email provider may process request metadata and apply their own security, rate-limiting, anti-abuse, and delivery technologies.

Do not use the contact form to submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information. For information about EmailJS handling, review the EmailJS Privacy Policy.

8. Embedded and Third-Party Pages

The app may display our website in a WebView with an embed=true parameter so navigation elements can be adjusted for an in-app view. Our pages may still read the same language and theme preferences or receive those preferences through the URL.

The app and website may link to external offers, Google Play, support resources, or third-party content. Those destinations may set their own cookies, collect information, or use tracking that we do not control. Opening an external destination is subject to that provider's cookie and privacy policies.

9. Mobile App Technologies

The Android app does not rely on ordinary website cookies for its main state. It uses persistent device storage for onboarding, profile fields, selected country, language, theme, bookmarks, generated results, analysis data, and related settings.

The app also integrates Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK for banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads; Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, and Remote Config; and RevenueCat for premium entitlements. These SDKs may process Advertising ID and app set ID, IP-derived approximate location, ad and app interactions, installation identifiers, messaging tokens, analytics events, diagnostic or crash information, subscription metadata, and local caches for advertising, measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, messaging, reliability, and entitlement management. Advertising consent and available privacy choices are handled through Google's consent tools where required. App permissions and identifiers are governed by device settings, provider policies, and our Privacy Policy.

Clearing website cookies or browser storage does not clear the mobile app's stored data. Likewise, resetting app data does not necessarily delete website storage, provider records, or an active Google Play subscription.

10. Duration and Retention

Language and theme values remain in local storage until cleared or replaced. URL parameters last for the relevant navigation or shared URL. Contact-form emails may remain in email systems while needed for support and legal records. Analytics and operational logs are retained according to our provider configuration, security needs, and applicable provider policies.

Browser-developer tools may display additional temporary storage, cache, preloading, or framework resources used to load pages. Their duration can depend on your browser, device, network, and hosting platform.

11. Your Choices and Controls

Most browsers let you view, delete, or block cookies and site data. Controls are usually available under Privacy, Security, Cookies, Site Data, or Storage settings. Private-browsing modes may delete local data when the private session ends.

  • Clear site data to remove saved language and theme choices.
  • Block local storage or cookies, understanding that preferences and some embedded behavior may not persist.
  • Use browser privacy and content-blocking tools subject to their own operation and limitations.
  • Use device settings to manage mobile notification permissions and other app permissions separately.

Because our current analytics configuration does not rely on third-party advertising cookies, you may not see a conventional advertising-cookie opt-out on the website. If we add non-essential technologies for which consent is required, we will provide an appropriate notice or control.

12. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Browsers may send Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. Standards and legal obligations for these signals differ by jurisdiction. We honor them where applicable law requires and otherwise apply the practices and user controls described in this Policy.

Because we do not currently use third-party personalized-advertising cookies on the website, a privacy signal may not visibly change the website experience. It does not automatically delete local preferences, previously submitted contact messages, mobile app data, or records held by independent providers.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy when the website, app, providers, legal requirements, or storage practices change. The latest version will display a revised Last updated date. Where a material change requires consent or a separate notice, we will provide it before the relevant technology is used as required by law.

14. Contact Us

Questions about cookies, local storage, analytics, or similar technologies may be sent to onlineplay458@gmail.com.
