• you will protect your device, store account, login credentials, and access to the Services;
• you will not access the Services through unauthorized automated or non-human means;
• you will not use the Services for an illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose; and
• your use will not violate applicable law, official lottery rules, third-party rights, or these Terms.

We may restrict or terminate access if a representation is false, misleading, incomplete, or no longer accurate, or if we reasonably believe your use creates legal, security, operational, or reputational risk.

The Services may ask for an email address, password, country, name, month and day of birth, zodiac sign, language, theme, and personalization preferences. Products and entitlements

Premium access may be offered through monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime product. The features included, price, currency, taxes, trial availability, discounts, renewal period, and eligibility shown in the applicable store purchase flow control at the time of purchase. Premium access is personal, non-transferable, and normally tied to the app-store account used to purchase it.

A product described as "lifetime" means access for the supported commercial lifetime of the applicable product or Service, not your natural lifetime and not a guarantee of perpetual operation, maintenance, compatibility, updates, or availability. We may retire a product or the Services where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any non-waivable consumer rights.

Renewal and cancellation

Auto-renewing subscriptions continue and are charged at the start of each billing period until canceled through the store account that processed the purchase. Uninstalling the application does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access may continue until then. Manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play or the applicable store.

Payment processing, restoration, and price changes

Payments are processed by Google Play or another applicable app store, while a subscription-management provider may verify entitlements. We do not directly receive or store your full payment-card details. Purchase restoration depends on the store account, store records, network availability, and successful entitlement verification. We may change future prices or plan contents in accordance with store rules and applicable law; any required notice or consent will be handled through the applicable purchase channel.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the store's policies, our Refund Policy, the purchase terms displayed at checkout, and applicable law. Except where required by law or approved under those policies, purchases are final. A refund, reversal, chargeback, expiration, cancellation, payment failure, or suspected fraud may cause premium access to be removed. Nothing in these Terms limits refund or withdrawal rights that cannot legally be waived.

Compute-intensive features, including AI analysis and Surprise Me, may be subject to daily limits, cooldowns, bucket-size requirements, supported-game requirements, server capacity, anti-abuse controls, and premium eligibility. A premium purchase does not guarantee unlimited use unless the purchase screen expressly says so.

We may enforce, adjust, reset, or introduce reasonable usage limits to protect service stability, control third-party and computing costs, prevent abuse, and maintain fair access. Attempts to bypass a limit, automate repeated requests, manipulate device time or storage, or evade entitlement checks may result in restrictions or termination.

The Services may depend on app stores, subscription providers, analytics and crash-reporting services, push-notification providers, remote configuration, hosting and cloud platforms, email-delivery services, public websites, external APIs, and lottery or horoscope data sources. These third parties operate under their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and technical limitations.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, security, accuracy, pricing, policy changes, downtime, deletion, data handling, or conduct. References to a third party do not constitute an endorsement. Your dealings with any third party are between you and that party, subject to rights that applicable law gives you against us.

• impersonating another person, using stolen payment credentials, submitting false information, or engaging in fraud;
• copying, modifying, reverse engineering, reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting the Services or Content without permission;
• using the Services to harass, threaten, defame, discriminate against, or harm another person;
• uploading or transmitting unlawful, infringing, deceptive, obscene, or abusive material through contact or support channels;
• using the Services in a way that violates applicable law, official lottery rules, sanctions, export controls, or third-party rights; and

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. Uninstalling the application or resetting local data does not cancel an active subscription; cancellation must be completed through the applicable store. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT ANY NUMBER, PREDICTION, PATTERN, CONFIDENCE VALUE, AI RESULT, HOROSCOPE, REMEDY, OR OTHER OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, USEFUL, PROFITABLE, OR SUCCESSFUL, OR THAT IT WILL MATCH ANY PAST OR FUTURE DRAW. NO INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES CREATES A WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions apply only to the extent legally permitted, and you retain rights that cannot be excluded or waived.

You are solely responsible for verifying official information and for every decision to participate in a lottery, buy or validate a ticket, select a number, spend money, claim a prize, or rely on app content. We are not liable because a generated or omitted number later appears in a draw, because a prediction does not win, or because information was delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be limited, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or mandatory consumer-protection rights.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our owners, affiliates, licensors, service providers, contractors, officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, and reasonable legal costs arising from or related to: (a) your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of another person's rights; (d) content or information you submit; or (e) fraud, abuse, or harmful conduct by you.

If store terms conflict with these Terms concerning payment processing, renewal, cancellation, or store-administered refunds, the applicable store terms control for that issue, subject to applicable law.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
