Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Policy covers monthly and yearly subscriptions and lifetime or other one-time premium products offered through the app. It does not govern a purchase made from an unrelated third party, lottery operator, external offer page, or other service that has its own purchase terms.

Google Play acts as the payment processor and merchant platform for Android purchases. RevenueCat helps verify transaction and entitlement status but does not replace Google Play as the purchase channel. Your Google account, order history, payment method, country, and store terms determine which billing and refund options are available.

Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies a statutory consumer guarantee, cooling-off right, refund right, or other remedy that cannot lawfully be waived in your jurisdiction.

Premium access may be offered as a monthly auto-renewing subscription, yearly auto-renewing subscription, or one-time lifetime product. Available products, included features, prices, currencies, discounts, taxes, trials, and eligibility can vary by country, account, promotion, app version, and store configuration.

The product name, billing period, price, renewal terms, and disclosures displayed in the Google Play purchase confirmation are the controlling purchase details. Review that screen carefully before confirming payment.

Premium features remain subject to reasonable usage limits, supported-game requirements, service availability, and the app's Terms. A premium purchase does not guarantee uninterrupted service, unlimited computational use, a winning result, or permanent availability of every feature unless the store listing expressly states otherwise.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew for another billing period unless canceled through Google Play before the applicable renewal deadline. Google Play charges the payment method associated with the purchasing Google account at the price shown by the store, subject to any required notice or consent for a price change.

You are responsible for reviewing the renewal date, maintaining a valid payment method, and canceling before renewal if you do not want the next charge. A failed payment, account hold, grace period, refund, reversal, or store action may suspend or end premium access.

Subscriptions must be canceled through the Google account used for the purchase. Open Google Play subscription settings, select the Advance Prediction subscription, and follow Google's cancellation instructions.

Uninstalling the app, logging out, resetting an account, deleting local app data, disabling notifications, or emailing support does not cancel a Google Play subscription. We cannot cancel a subscription merely by clearing your local profile because the billing agreement belongs to your store account.

If you cannot locate a subscription, check that Google Play is signed in to the same Google account used for purchase and review the purchase receipt. Google Play support can assist with account-specific billing controls.

Cancellation stops future renewal. Unless Google Play, applicable law, or a refund decision states otherwise, premium access normally continues until the end of the already paid billing period. No new charge should occur after an effective cancellation, except for a charge already authorized or pending before cancellation.

Cancellation does not normally create a prorated refund for unused time. At the end of the entitlement period, premium-only features may become unavailable while locally saved data remains subject to the app's storage and feature rules.

Refund eligibility depends on Google Play refund guidance, the time since purchase, product type, payment method, purchase history, location, reason for the request, and applicable law. Google Play may approve or reject a request at its discretion under its policies.

We may assist with purchase verification or technical evidence and, where store tools and applicable rules permit, may review a developer-side refund request. We cannot guarantee that a refund will be available or approved, and we cannot issue cash, transfer a purchase to another Google account, or override a final store decision outside the remedies required by law.

If a refund is approved, premium access associated with that transaction may be removed immediately or when Google Play and RevenueCat update the entitlement. Processing time and the date funds return to your payment method are controlled by Google and the payment provider.

Subject to applicable law and Google Play policy, a refund is not normally provided solely because:

• you changed your mind after premium access was delivered or used;
• you forgot to cancel before an automatic renewal;
• you did not use all or part of a paid billing period;
• a generated number, AI suggestion, horoscope, hot or cold number, confidence indicator, or analysis did not match a future lottery result;
• you did not win, lost money, missed a draw or claim deadline, or were dissatisfied with an official lottery outcome;
• a feature was unavailable because your lottery, country, device, network, app version, or data source was unsupported or temporarily unavailable and the purchased premium service was otherwise delivered;
• a later promotion, discount, exchange-rate movement, tax change, or localized price differs from the amount you paid; or
• you reset, deleted, or uninstalled the app without first managing the subscription or restoring the purchase.

This list does not remove any remedy you have for a defective digital service, unauthorized transaction, misleading purchase disclosure, or other circumstance protected by applicable law or Google Play policy.

Duplicate or unauthorized charges

If you believe you were charged twice or a purchase was unauthorized, review the Google Play receipt and order history and report the issue promptly through Google Play. Do not publish the full order receipt, payment details, or account credentials in a public message.

Technical failure

If payment succeeded but premium access did not activate, use Restore Purchases while signed in to the purchasing Google account. If restoration fails, contact us with the Google Play order number, purchase date, product, app version, and a description of the problem. Never send your password or full payment-card details.

We will make reasonable efforts to restore valid access or provide information supporting an eligible refund request. Temporary outages, provider delays, network failures, and entitlement-sync delays do not automatically qualify for a refund if access can be restored within a reasonable period, subject to applicable law.

The app provides a restore function for supported Google Play purchases. Restoration depends on an active network connection, the correct Google account, a valid store record, RevenueCat availability, and the product remaining associated with the entitlement.

A restored entitlement is not a new purchase and does not extend a billing period. If Google Play shows a purchase as refunded, canceled, expired, pending, paused, on hold, or associated with another account, the app may be unable to restore premium access until the store status changes.

A lifetime product is a one-time, non-consumable purchase intended to provide premium access for the supported commercial lifetime of the applicable product or Service. It does not mean the purchaser's natural lifetime and does not guarantee perpetual operation, maintenance, feature parity, compatibility with future devices, or availability after the product is lawfully retired.

Lifetime purchases do not automatically renew. Refunds for a lifetime product are governed by Google Play policy and applicable law in the same way as other store purchases. Restoration requires the original purchasing account and a valid store entitlement.

Advance Prediction provides informational and entertainment tools. No purchase guarantees a winning number, prize, return, financial benefit, improved official odds, or accurate horoscope outcome. Lottery draws are random and future results cannot be guaranteed by AI, historical data, frequency, probability-style indicators, astrology, or any other app feature.

A lottery win, loss, ticket cost, tax, missed claim, or other consequence of voluntary lottery participation is not a payment made to us and is not refundable by us. You remain solely responsible for whether to participate and how much to spend. See our Terms and Conditions for the complete risk and liability provisions.

Google Play displays the final price, currency, tax treatment, billing period, trial or introductory offer, and renewal terms before confirmation. Displayed percentage savings or crossed-out prices may be based on the then-current monthly equivalent and can differ by country, tax, exchange rate, or store calculation.

Trials and promotional offers may be limited to eligible accounts and may convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the deadline shown by Google Play. Future prices or included features may change in accordance with store rules and applicable law. Where consent is required for a price change, the store will request it.

Contact Google Play or us before initiating a chargeback so a billing or technical issue can be investigated. A refund, chargeback, payment reversal, failed payment, or fraud report may cause the related premium entitlement to be suspended or revoked.

Submitting a knowingly false dispute or using premium access after an improper reversal may violate our Terms and applicable law. We may provide transaction and entitlement records to Google, payment providers, or authorities when reasonably necessary to investigate a dispute or fraud.

Include the Google Play order number, product name, purchase date, purchasing account's country, app version, and a concise explanation. Do not include your password, full card number, bank credentials, or unrelated sensitive information. Support can investigate entitlement delivery but cannot promise a refund outcome or a specific processing time.

We may update this Policy when products, providers, store rules, law, or our billing practices change. The revised version will show a new Last updated date. A change will not retroactively remove a non-waivable right or alter a completed transaction contrary to applicable law.
