PRIVACY NOTICE
This Privacy Policy explains how Advance AI Lotto Prediction ("Advance Prediction," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use our Android application, website, embedded pages, support channels, backend features, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
Our mobile application follows a local-first approach for many profile fields, preferences, bookmarks, and saved analyses. Local-first does not mean that every interaction remains only on your device: providers such as Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK, Firebase, RevenueCat, Google Play, EmailJS, Vercel, and our backend infrastructure may process the limited information needed to provide their functions.
Please read this Policy together with our Terms and Conditions and Cookie Policy. If you have a privacy question or request, contact onlineplay458@gmail.com.
TABLE OF CONTENTS
1. Scope and Who Is Responsible
This Policy applies to information handled through the Services. It does not govern independent websites, lottery operators, app stores, or other third parties that you visit or use outside our Services, even if we link to them.
Advance Prediction is responsible for deciding how information covered by this Policy is handled. Third-party providers may separately act as processors or independent controllers under their own privacy notices. Questions about our practices may be sent to onlineplay458@gmail.com.
2. Information You Provide
Depending on the features you choose, you may provide:
- Onboarding and profile information, including email address, locally used password, display name, month and day of birth, zodiac sign, selected country, and personalization choices.
- Preferences and settings, including language, theme, astrology visibility, notification choices, and other feature controls.
- Content you create or save, including generated number sets, prediction bookmarks, analysis-bucket entries, bookmark titles, and saved analysis history.
- Support and contact information, including your name, email address, request category, message, and any information you voluntarily include in correspondence.
- Information you provide when exercising privacy rights, reporting a billing problem, or asking us to investigate a technical issue.
Please do not send payment-card numbers, government identifiers, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information through the contact form or support email. You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate and that you are permitted to provide it.
3. Information Stored on Your Device
The app uses persistent device storage to keep core state available between sessions. This may include onboarding completion, profile fields, local login credentials, selected country, language, theme, zodiac information, premium-state cache, feature preferences, bookmarks, generated results, analysis-bucket entries, saved analyses, notification settings, and remote-configuration values.
This information generally remains on the device unless a feature needs to send part of it to a provider or backend for a requested function. We do not intentionally send your raw local password to analytics or crash-reporting services. Do not reuse a password from a sensitive account because the app's local profile is not an enterprise identity or password-management service.
Local data can be removed, lost, or become unavailable through app reset, app deletion, operating-system cleanup, device failure, device migration, backup restoration, corruption, or software changes. Your operating system or cloud-backup provider may retain copies according to settings that we do not control.
4. Information Processed Automatically
When you use the Services, our software and service providers may automatically process technical and usage information needed for operation, reliability, security, measurement, and feature delivery. Depending on the platform and your settings, this may include:
- App and website interactions such as screen views, feature selections, navigation events, purchase-flow events, notification interactions, and general usage patterns.
- Device and app details such as device model, operating system, app version, language, general region, network state, installation identifiers, and timestamps.
- Crash and diagnostic information such as stack traces, error messages, current screen, breadcrumbs, performance details, and app state near a failure.
- Limited user-context attributes used to diagnose and measure features, such as whether optional profile fields exist, selected language or country, theme, zodiac sign, personalization status, remote-feature flags, and premium status.
- Website analytics such as page views, referring page, visited URL, general browser and device category, and coarse geographic or network-derived information made available by our hosting and analytics providers.
- Advertising information processed by the Google Mobile Ads SDK, which may include IP address and IP-derived approximate location, app launches, ad impressions, taps, rewarded-video views and reward events, diagnostic and performance information, the Android Advertising ID, app set ID, and other device or account identifiers available to Google.
We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics in the mobile app, Google AdMob to deliver and measure mobile advertising, and Vercel Analytics on the website. Provider-generated installation, advertising, app-set, or device identifiers may be used to distinguish installations, deliver and measure ads, prevent abuse or fraud, aggregate measurements, or connect diagnostic events. The exact information available can vary by operating system, provider, app version, consent status, and privacy settings.
5. Purchases and Subscription Information
Premium purchases are processed by Google Play or another applicable app store and verified through RevenueCat. We do not directly collect or store your full payment-card or bank-account details.
We and these providers may process a pseudonymous app-user identifier, store account or transaction identifiers, product identifier, entitlement status, purchase date, expiration or renewal date, billing state, subscription-management link, restore status, refund or cancellation status, and related transaction metadata. Google Play and RevenueCat handle this information under their own terms and privacy notices.
The app may cache premium status and limited plan details on your device so access can be displayed and restored. Store records remain subject to the store's retention and legal obligations even if you reset the app.
6. Prediction, Lottery, and Horoscope Requests
When you request lottery listings, game information, a prediction, compatible-game analysis, or horoscope content, the app may send the data needed for that request to our backend or a content provider. This can include selected country or country identifier, lottery or game identifier and URL, ball-range configuration, premium status, zodiac sign, selected time period, and language.
Responses may be generated from cached content, public or third-party sources, computational logic, or AI-assisted processing. Backend and hosting systems may process request metadata such as time, endpoint, network information, and error details for security, rate limiting, caching, troubleshooting, and service operation.
7. How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes:
- Provide onboarding, local login, country selection, predictions, generators, analysis, horoscope content, bookmarks, settings, and other requested features.
- Personalize available lotteries, language, theme, zodiac content, and other device-level preferences.
- Verify, restore, and manage premium entitlements and display the correct plan status.
- Deliver notifications, process deep links, and show notification content when you grant permission.
- Measure feature usage, evaluate performance, understand failures, fix bugs, and improve product reliability and usability.
- Display, limit, measure, and account for banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements; credit ad points after an eligible rewarded ad; and prevent invalid traffic, fraud, or abuse.
- Fetch remote settings, control feature availability, apply usage limits, and protect service capacity.
- Respond to support, privacy, billing, and legal requests and maintain appropriate records of those communications.
- Detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized automation, security incidents, and violations of our Terms.
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, establish or defend legal claims, and complete business transactions where permitted by law.
8. AI and Automated Processing
The Services use automated calculations, historical frequency, pattern logic, random generation, and AI-assisted processing to produce number suggestions, rankings, confidence-style values, charts, compatible-game matches, and horoscope content. These outputs are informational and for entertainment; they do not guarantee a lottery result or make a legal, employment, credit, insurance, medical, or similarly significant decision about you.
Automated outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to use them. See our AI Predictions, Scores, and Analysis terms for important limitations.
9. Legal Bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following depending on the information and context:
- Performance of a contract or steps requested by you, such as providing app features, processing a purchase, restoring access, or responding to support.
- Legitimate interests in operating, securing, measuring, improving, and supporting the Services, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Consent, including for notifications, optional device permissions, or non-essential technologies where consent is required. You may withdraw consent, but withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
- Compliance with legal obligations and protection of legal rights, users, providers, and the public.
11. Advertising, AdMob, and Sale or Sharing
The Android app uses Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. When advertising is enabled through our remote configuration, non-premium users may see banner ads, full-screen interstitial ads at selected natural transition points, and optional rewarded ads. A completed rewarded ad may provide an in-app ad point that can be spent on an eligible one-time feature unlock. Premium users and authorized review accounts do not receive these in-app ads while that status is active.
Our current ad requests are configured to request non-personalized ads. Non-personalized does not mean data-free: Google states that the Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and shares information such as IP address, IP-derived approximate location, user interactions including app launches, taps and video views, diagnostic information, Android Advertising ID, app set ID, and, when applicable, other device or account identifiers. Google may use this information for advertising, ad delivery and measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention.
Before requesting ads, the app uses Google's User Messaging Platform consent tools to obtain current consent information and display a Google-managed privacy message when one is required for the user's region. If the consent flow is unavailable, the app remains configured to request non-personalized ads. Consent requirements and the ads that Google can serve may depend on location, age eligibility, Google configuration, and applicable law.
- Where a Google privacy message or privacy-options control is presented, use it to make or revisit the available consent choices.
- Use Android privacy settings to reset or delete the Advertising ID and manage other device-level advertising controls.
- You may purchase or restore an active premium entitlement to suppress in-app ads while the entitlement remains active. This does not withdraw consent or delete advertising data already processed by Google.
- You may decline an optional rewarded ad; declining means that the related ad point or one-time ad-funded unlock will not be awarded.
We do not sell your profile information for money. However, disclosure of identifiers, approximate location, or interaction data to an advertising provider may be treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activity under some privacy laws even when an ad request is non-personalized. Where such a law applies, we provide the notice and choices required for the applicable processing. The website does not currently use third-party advertising cookies, although external offer pages may operate under their own privacy and cookie policies.
Google handles advertising information under its own terms and privacy practices. Review the Google Privacy Policy and Google's explanation of information from apps that use its services. Our Google Play Data safety disclosure is maintained separately and must reflect the behavior of the app version and third-party SDKs distributed through Google Play.
13. Notifications and Device Permissions
If you grant notification permission, Firebase Cloud Messaging and your operating system may process an installation or messaging token, notification content, delivery data, and interaction data. A notification may contain an image, action, or deep link that opens a specific app destination.
You can change notification permission in device settings. Disabling notifications stops future display through that permission but may not immediately delete provider records or diagnostic events already generated.
14. International Processing
We and our providers may process information in India, the United States, and other countries where we or they operate. These countries may have privacy laws that differ from those in your location.
Where required, international transfers are handled using recognized safeguards or other lawful transfer mechanisms. By using global providers, information may be routed through or stored in multiple regions according to provider architecture and applicable law.
15. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including service delivery, security, troubleshooting, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and enforcement. Retention differs by category:
- Local app information generally remains until you edit or reset it, remove the app, clear app storage, or your device or operating system removes it.
- Contact emails and support records may be retained while a request is handled and afterward when reasonably needed for support history, security, or legal records.
- Analytics, crash, messaging, hosting, and remote-configuration information is retained according to our configuration and the applicable provider's retention rules.
- Advertising, consent, ad-interaction, diagnostic, and identifier information is retained according to Google settings, applicable consent choices, Google's retention rules, and legal requirements.
- Purchase and subscription records may be retained by Google Play, RevenueCat, and us for entitlement restoration, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal obligations.
When information is no longer required, it may be deleted, anonymized, or retained in a restricted backup until the backup is overwritten, unless longer retention is permitted or required by law.
16. Reset, Deletion, and Their Limits
The app's reset-account control is intended to clear persisted app state on the current device, including profile and preference information managed by the app. Logout is narrower and may remove only locally stored login credentials while preserving other settings and content.
Resetting the app, logging out, clearing storage, or uninstalling does not cancel a Google Play subscription and cannot automatically erase information already held by Google AdMob, Google Play, Firebase, RevenueCat, EmailJS, Vercel, an email provider, backend logs, operating-system backups, or other independent services. You must manage subscriptions through Google Play and may need to use Android or Google privacy controls, contact the relevant provider, or contact us for other deletion requests.
We may retain limited records where deletion is technically infeasible, needed to complete a transaction or request, required by law, or necessary for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legal claims.
17. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or a copy of personal information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or complain to a data-protection authority.
You can edit many local fields in the app and can send a privacy request to onlineplay458@gmail.com. Please describe the right you wish to exercise and the Service involved. We may request reasonable verification before acting and will respond within the period required by applicable law. We cannot fulfill requests for information controlled solely by an app store or another independent provider, but we may direct you to that provider.
You will not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right. Some rights are not absolute, and we may decline or limit a request where permitted by law, including when we cannot verify the requester or must retain information for legal, security, transactional, or rights-protection reasons.
18. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no device, local-storage system, transmission method, backend, or third-party platform can be guaranteed completely secure.
Protect your device and Google account, use a unique password for the app's local profile, install updates, and avoid sending sensitive information through support channels. If you believe information associated with the Services has been compromised, contact us promptly.
19. Children and Age Restrictions
The Services are intended only for adults aged eighteen (18) or older and for users who satisfy any higher legal age applicable to lottery-related content in their location. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe a person under 18 has provided personal information through the Services, contact onlineplay458@gmail.com. We will review the report and take reasonable action required by applicable law.
20. Privacy and Tracking Controls
Some browsers offer Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Because standards and legal requirements differ, the website responds to these signals where required by applicable law and otherwise uses the controls described in our Cookie Policy. You may also block browser storage or use device and browser privacy settings.
Blocking storage can cause language and theme preferences to reset and may affect embedded pages or other functionality. On Android, available controls may include the Google-managed consent or privacy-options message, Advertising ID reset or deletion, notification permissions, and other device or Google account privacy settings. These controls may limit future processing but do not necessarily delete information already processed by Google or another provider.
21. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Services, providers, technology, law, or our practices. The revised version will display a new Last updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent before a material change takes effect.
We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use after an update is subject to the revised Policy, except where applicable law requires a different form of acceptance.
22. Contact Us
For questions, complaints, or requests concerning this Privacy Policy or personal information handled by Advance Prediction, email onlineplay458@gmail.com. Include enough detail for us to understand your request, but do not send passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive information.
